• Giverny

Giverny is a bright, clean and cool blue in the Annie Sloan palette. It is near the greener range of blues, without any red in it.

Named after the village in Northern France where Claude Monet lived, this brilliant blue was especially popular in early 20th Century interiors and is perfect for a mid-century to modern contemporary palette.

Shown as a side table with an Antibes Green lamp and an end table against an Amsterdam Green wall. Also shown as an end table base color with Florence, Antibes Green, Arles and Barcelona Orange detail all against a Graphite wall.  Also shown on wooden candle holders, and on concrete plant pots with Copper Gilding Wax detail.  A Matisse-inspired kids bedroom uses a Giverny bed, English Yellow desk, and Antibes Green and Emperor's Silk accents.
