Napoleonic Blue is inspired by the ultramarine and cobalt blue pigments used for decorative work in everything from neoclassical interiors through to modern 20th century decoration. This is such a gorgeous, vibrant blue that at 1850 Homestead we plan on painting our farmhouse, guesthouse and garage this Napoleonic Blue this coming Summer 2020. Shown against an Antoinette wall with Graphite accents, Napoleonic Blue also looks stunning against a Pure white trim.
Shown in an end table with Clear Wax against an Antoinette wall with a Graphite lamp and Graphite Linen Union lampshade, and curtains in Dulcet in Graphite. Two design boards show:
- A Neo-Classical design board with a Napoleonic Blue base and design in Old White, and
- A modern design board shows a Lotus design with a Cream base and detail in Amsterdam Green, Napoleonic Blue, Emperor's Silk, Arles and Antoinette.
A clock in Florence and Copper Gilding Wax adorns a Napoleonic Blue wall. Also shown is a kitchen cupboard of Greek Blue over layers of Primer Red and Napoleonic Blue, then distressed to show each layer. Cupboard set against a Scandinavian Pink wall. A Napoleonic Blue kitchen wall and chairs are offset by Provence and Warm Gold Gilding Wax. A Napoleonic Blue Lacquer splatter floor makes a fun and dramatic statement.

The 120ml Sample Pot is enough to cover approximately 80+ square feet of coverage, for example 2-3 chairs, and if you thin with water it can cover even more.
